Dynamic. Tenacious. Connected.

Mr. Anapolsky is a seasoned Interim CXO and financial transformation leader trusted by private equity sponsors to drive high-impact change across portfolio companies during periods of transition. He brings more than 25 years of experience spanning finance, law, and investing, with a consistent record of strengthening finance organizations, improving transparency, stabilizing teams, and supporting acquisition-driven growth.

He is highly effective at rebuilding FP&A functions, instituting forecasting and cash-flow discipline, and delivering sponsor-ready reporting. At Arcserve, he rebuilt FP&A processes following a failed merger, accelerating monthly close, improving forecasting accuracy, and implementing 13-week cash-flow budgeting. At Pinnacle Fertility, he developed new budgeting templates and an FP&A operating cadence to support acquisition integration and ancillary business planning. At Telestream, he introduced scenario-based forecasting to guide decision-making amid market volatility during a leadership transition. At Community Dental, he redesigned FP&A reporting to illuminate profitability drivers, liquidity constraints, and strategic opportunities.

Mr. Anapolsky has led numerous ERP and systems initiatives. At Surefox Security, he upgraded QuickBooks to NetSuite, implemented internal controls, and delivered management dashboards to enhance operational visibility. At Arcserve, he designed the roadmap to migrate Navision to Dynamics. At Pinnacle Fertility and Community Dental, he improved monthly close efficiency and reporting rigor through Intacct enhancements. At BRH Garver Construction, he upgraded payroll systems to ADP.

A key area of impact has been the automation and optimization of payables and expense management. At Pinnacle Fertility, Nachawati Law, and BRH Garver Construction, he implemented BILL.com to automate payables, employee reimbursements, and approval workflows. At Community Dental, he implemented Stampli, and at SalSon/TTSI Logistics, he led the transition from Stampli to Ramp. Across these engagements, he outsourced core payables functions to low-cost jurisdictions, minimized physical check usage, and overhauled employee expense policies to improve compliance and efficiency.

He has extensive experience supporting acquisitions and rollups. At Pinnacle Fertility, he created and executed the financial integration strategy for multiple acquisitions, resolved post-close issues, and negotiated a successful bargain purchase for a tuck-in acquisition. At Community Dental, he overhauled accounting and FP&A functions to ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting during rapid sponsor-backed rollup growth. At Arcserve and SalSon/TTSI Logistics, he enhanced monthly close, divisional reporting, and treasury processes to support scalable integration.

Mr. Anapolsky has also led complex treasury transformations. At Arcserve, he revamped global cash management, updated banking relationships, and strengthened internal controls. At Community Dental, he executed a major financial institution transition requiring coordination with insurance companies, joint-venture partners, and local offices. At Nachawati Law, he migrated bank accounts to enable advanced online treasury tools. At SalSon/TTSI Logistics, he simplified cash management structures to improve efficiency and visibility.

Private equity sponsors and lenders—including Cerberus Capital, HIG Whitehorse, Fortress, Monroe Capital, Webster Equity Partners, Kidd + Co., TO: Ventures, and Boathouse Capital—engage Mr. Anapolsky to stabilize finance and accounting functions, implement FP&A rigor, reduce costs, and deliver reporting transparency during leadership transitions and transaction activity.

Mr. Anapolsky holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a JD from Harvard Law School. He earned a BS in Finance, magna cum laude, from the Wharton School of Business and a BA in Mathematics, magna cum laude, from the College of Arts + Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania.
