Recently, he served as CRO for Humble Surgical Hospital, Interim CEO for VitalPet, and Expert Witness for Gautier Steel, Tandy Brands, and Bailey Tool. As co-author of The Art of Distressed M&A, he has taught Restructuring to Rice MBA alumni across the energy sector. Before graduating with an MBA from Harvard Business School and JD from Harvard Law School, he earned a BS in Finance, magna cum laude, from Wharton.

Ms. Stonecipher's experience includes consulting for multinational energy companies, working to optimize trading processes, including performing gap analyses, drafting vendor score cards, and developing scenario simulations. Most recently, she worked as a business analyst at an Oil & Gas Super Major conducting hedging & arbitrage analysis in the feedstocks market. Ms. Stonecipher graduated with a Masters of Science in Finance from Texas A&M University and earned her BS in Business and Finance from the Darla Moore School of Business at The University of South Carolina with a minor in Dance. She is a CFA Level III candidate.

Mr. Khalid thrives on advising clients at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operating at optimum efficiency. He brings several years of operational leadership and turnaround management experience within the manufacturing, metals, real estate, and retail sectors. Mr. Khalid began his career as the lead venture designer at a construction-based family office where he co-founded and scaled BlackSwan Steel, a leader in 3D-based steel framing construction. He graduated with a BA in Economics and a certificate in Business Foundations from The University of Texas at Austin. In his free time, Mr. Khalid enjoys coaching youth basketball and studying about the effect of technology in the business environment.

Ms. Almonte provides essential support for our clients, including advanced financial modeling, complex valuation, capital markets analysis, competitive research, and investor presentations. She joined Anapolsky Advisors full-time after impressing our team during her internship. Ms. Almonte graduated with a BBA in finance with honors from the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. She was the 1st place winner in each of the following competitions: PwC Challenge, Capgemini Case Competition, and Stout Risius Ross Case Competition.
