Mr. Anapolsky has over 20 years of transactional experience involving special situations.  As co-author of The Art of Distressed M&A, he teaches Corporate Financial Restructuring at Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business. Before graduating with an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and J.D. from Harvard Law School, Mr. Anapolsky received a B.S. in Finance and B.A. in Mathematics, magna cum laude, from the Wharton School of Business and the College of Arts & Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and American Bankruptcy Institute. Mr. Anapolsky serves as expert witness for litigation related to complex valuation, insolvency, and fiduciary duties.

Amy Stonecipher

Ms. Stonecipher's experience includes consulting for multinational energy companies, working to optimize trading processes, including performing gap analyses, drafting vendor score cards, and developing scenario simulations. Most recently, she worked as a business analyst at an Oil & Gas Super Major conducting hedging & arbitrage analysis in the feedstocks market. Ms. Stonecipher graduated with a Masters of Science in Finance from Texas A&M University and earned her B.S. in Business and Finance from the Darla Moore School of Business at The University of South Carolina with a minor in Dance. She is a CFA Level III candidate.

Saad Khalid

Mr. Khalid thrives on advising clients at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operating at optimum efficiency. He brings several years of operational leadership and turnaround management experience within the manufacturing, metals, real estate, and retail sectors. Mr. Khalid began his career as the lead venture designer at a construction-based family office where he co-founded and scaled BlackSwan Steel, a leader in 3D-based steel framing construction. He graduated with a B.A. in Economics and a certificate in Business Foundations from The University of Texas at Austin. In his free time, Mr. Khalid enjoys coaching youth basketball and studying about the effect of technology in the business environment. 

Jean Almonte

Ms. Almonte provides essential support for our clients, including advanced financial modeling, complex valuation, capital markets analysis, competitive research, and investor presentations. She joined Anapolsky Advisors full-time after impressing our team during her internship. Ms. Almonte graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration with honors from the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. She was the 1st place winner in each of the following competitions: PwC Challenge, Capgemini Case Competition, and Stout Risius Ross Case Competition.
